There is a quiet pull toward what we truly love — often subtle, often persistent — asking to be noticed before it can be named.
My creative and reflective practice explores people, places and the human response. It is shaped by listening — to materials, to people, to the land, and to what is beginning to emerge but is not yet fully formed.
Alongside my art practice, I work with individuals in coaching conversations that offer space for reflection, transition, and the unfolding of what comes next. These two strands are not separate in essence; they are both rooted in a way of working that is attentive, intuitive, and open to what is just becoming visible.
Studio Practice / Artwork
A body of work exploring nature, rhythm, texture, and the unseen. Developed slowly over time, often intuitively, gathering meaning through repetition, variation, and quiet attention.
Coaching / Reflective Work
A space for conversation where questions of direction, identity, and change can be explored without urgency. Particularly attuned to those in transition, or sensing something new beginning to form.
“Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you truly love — it will not lead you astray.”
— Rumi
This is an evolving practice rather than a definitive statement.
A place to pause, notice, and return to what is asking to be seen.
