“Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams, who looks inside awakes”

- Carl Jung

My coaching work has eyes for your creative potential, especially that which is not yet fully visible or conscious, and creates a space for you to understand and tap into this energy for yourself.

Through the process of deep listening and sharing a practical and spiritual understanding of how the nature of life works, I am able to hold a space for you where insight, love and creativity flourish.

I work with you in a co-creative way and this provides space for the cross pollination of ideas and a legacy of understanding beyond the work we do together. This enables you to find ease, clarity and wellbeing in whatever you want to create next, and in your life going forward.

My creative practice explores the intersection between our inner world and the landscape around us, taking inspiration from the coast and moors where I live.

My work includes a broad range of medium from collage and mixed media to work in watercolour, ink and acrylics. I also incorporate found objects in my work, both physically and as prompts during its development.

My recent work expresses the feelings of being immersed in the landscape and the elements, and blends this with insights from my spiritual and reflective practice. My current series is exploring landscape as a metaphor for the heroines journey.

Through this exploration, I tap into the heart as a portal and bridge between our inner and outer landscape, trusting the healing and expansive power of this practice to connect all of us to who we really are.

I am an artist, facilitator and coach living in Devon, in the South West Of England.

I have a lifelong fascination with people, colour and creativity and a desire to highlight harmony and beauty and how we experience it as human beings.

My creative work with people and in my studio is infused with my love of the outdoors and walking on the coast path and in the woodlands near my home and in Cornwall. I have recently completed the Porthmeor Programme with the St Ives School of Painting.

I have three decades of experience leading and developing people and organisations, with a particular passion for community enterprise, social purpose and the healthcare sector. I am a senior practitioner and accredited coach with the EMCC and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

“There is a vitality, a life force, a quickening, that is translated through you into action,

and because there is only one you in all of time, this expression is unique.

And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and it will be lost.

The world will not have it.

It is not your business to determine how good it is,

or how valuable nor how it compares to other expressions.

It is your business to keep it yours clearly and directly,

to keep the channel open.

You do not even have to believe in yourself, or your work.

You have to keep yourself open and aware to the urges that motivate you.

Keep the channel open.”

- Martha Graham
